Celebrating their 200th Anniversary in 2024, the Amish Mennonites are today a well established part of Ontario provincial history. First arriving in Wilmot Township (Waterloo County) in 1824, today these Anabaptist Christians are represented in Wellesley Township, Perth East, the city of Stratford, and in Whitechurch (NW of Wingham).
