La Conferencia Misionera Evangélica se formó en el 2007 en Chihuahua por la unión de congregaciones alemanas fundadas por la Conferencia Evangélica Menonita de Canadá y la Conferencia Menonita de Misiones de Canadá. Este grupo consiste de cinco congregaciones (cerca de 350 miembros). Congregaciones relacionadas con estan en Belize, Canadá, y los Estados Unidos.[1]
