Una pareja misionera con visión de ministerio a jóvenes con problemas que no habían sido contactados por iglesias ya establecidas, empezaro la obra en un contexto informal en las casas. El movimiento creció rápidamente ya que los jóvenes encontraron sanamiento y aceptación. La iglesia se ha esparcido por otras partes de Honduras como también en comunidades hispanas en Norte América.
