Born April 30, 1907; ordained Minister October 23, 1934, age 27, for Martins Church District Wellesley Twp. for David W. Martin Church (now Independent Old Order Mennonite Church), by Bishop David W. Samuel M. Horst
Born June 25, 1906; ordained Deacon for David W. Martin Church (now Independent Old Order Mennonite Church) on May 29, 1941, age 34 years, by Bishop David W. Martin. Candidates: Emanuel M. Sherk, Samuel M. Horst. First and Founding Deacon of the Orthodox Mennonite Church. Died January 29, 1997, age 91 years.
Peter O. Nolt
Ordained Minister by the Reidenbach Mennonites (Amos Martin group), Lancaster Co., PA USA. Was united with Elam S. Martin April 7, 1958 to November 8, 1959, including 3 other families and a few young people (which had all withdrawn earlier from the Reidenbach Mennonites). Died July 9, 1972.
Henry M. Bowman
Born May 4, 1932. Ordained Minister for Elam S. Martin Church on Dec. 15, 1959, age 27 years, by Bishop Elam S. Martin in Wellesley Twp. Candidates: Menno W. Lichty, Anson M. Hoover, Henry M. Bowman, Daniel B. Martin, Emanuel M. Martin. Henry relocated to Howick Twp. on May 4, 1982, holding his office for the group in homes or school house, then served in N-Howick Church when it was opened June 13, 1986. He died August 30, 2018, age 86 years.
Anson M. Hoover
Born July 11, 1920. Ordained Minister for the 13th Line Wellesley Orthodox Mennonite Church on October 12, 1965, age 45 years, by Bishop Elam S. Martin. Candidates: Anson M. Hoover, John M. Sherk, Tilman M. Hoover. Stayed with Wellesley Orthodox Mennonites in the 1974 division, and served as 'Acting Bishop' until excommunicated in 1976. Died October 13, 2008, age 82 years. Noah W. Brubacher
Born January 25, 1917. Ordained Minister early November 1956, age 39 years, for John Dan Wenger Church in Virginia, by Bishop John Dan Wenger. Candidates: John R. Horst, Noah W. Brubacher, Alvin W. Brubacher. Reinstated as Minister into Orthodox Mennonite Church April 2, 1967. Died May 7, 1977, age 60 years.
Edward G. Martin
Born November 22, 1903. Ordained Minister for Elmira Old Order Mennonite Church on June 11, 1940, age 36 years, by Bishop Daniel G. Brubacher. Candidates: Jonathan Martin, Deacon Aaron Brubacher, Edward G. Martin, Onias M. Martin, Epraim W. Brubacher. Reinstated as Minister into Orthodox Mennonite Church on June 14, 1970, age 63 years, by Bishop Elam S. Martin. Died February 5, 2006, age 102 years. John M. Sherk
Born May 30, 1939. Ordained Minister for the 13th Line Wellesley Orthodox Mennonite Church on May 9, 1978 , age 37 years, by Bishop Elam S. Martin. Candidates: Epraim M. Weber, Stuart M. Martin, John M. Sherk, Elias W. Brubacher, Aden M. Martin, Simon B. Martin, Allen B. Weber. Relocated to Howick Township October 9, 1979, holding his office for the group in homes or school house, till N-Howick Church opened June 13, 1986. Ordained Second Bishop for the Huron Orthodox Mennonites on October 14, 1980, age 41 years, by Bishop Elam S. Martin. Candidates: Henry M. Bowman, John M. Sherk.
Ephraim M. Weber
Born May 1, 1921. Ordained Deacon on November 19, 1985, age 64 years, holding his office in homes or in school till N-Howick Church House opened on June 13, 1986. Candidates: Ephraim M. Weber, Daniel B. Martin, Aden M. Martin. Died December 3, 2013, age 92 years.
Amos M. Sherk
Born March 22, 1947. Ordained Minister for Wellesley Orthodox Mennonites on April 29, 1975, age 28 years, by Anson M. Hoover. Candidates: Henry B. Martin, Amos M. Sherk. Became 'Acting Bishop' of Wellesley Orthodox after the excommunication of Anson Hoover in 1976. Excommunicated March, 1986. (See: The Sherk Years, Wellesley Orthodox Mennonites) Reinstated as Minister into the Huron Orthodox Mennonites by Bishop John M. Sherk on April 25, 1987, age 40 years. Relocated to Turnberry Twp. on April 5, 1988 and since serving at N-Howick Church.
Menno W. Brubacher
Born March 23, 1951. Ordained Minister for Wellesley Orthodox Mennonites on March 7, 1978, by Bishop Amos M. Sherk (Candidates: Ivan M. Bowman, Emanuel M. Martin, Henry B. Martin, Tilman M. Hoover, Menno W. Brubacher). Excommunicated in 1987. Reinstated as Minister into Huron Orthodox Mennonites by Bishop John M. Sherk on April 25, 1987, age 36 years. Relocated to Howick Twp., Huron Co. on March 25, 1991, and served as Minister in N-Howick Church until Wroxeter Church House opened June 25, 1995. Ordained First Bishop of Wroxeter Church District on Nov. 13, 2001, age 50 years, by Bishop John M. Sherk (Candidates: Min. Henry Bowman, Min. Menno W. Brubacher, Min. Jesse Bauman).
Jesse H. Bauman
Born April 10, 1951. Ordained Minister for Wellesley Orthodox Mennonites on October 27, 1981 by Bishop Amos M. Sherk (Candidates: Tobias H. Bowman, Jesse H. Bauman). Excommunicated in 1987. Reinstated as Minister into Huron Orthodox Mennonites by Bishop John M. Sherk on April 25, 1987, age 36 years. Relocated to Turnberry Twp. April 3, 1991, and served as Minister in N-Howick Church until Wroxeter Church House was opened June 25, 1995.
Mervin W. Martin
Born Feb. 23, 1954. Ordained Deacon for west end of N-Howick Church district on Nov. 8, 1994, age 40 years, by Bishop John M. Sherk (Candidates: Ira R. Martin, Allan B. Weber, Orvie M. Bauman, Mervin W. Martin). When Wroxeter Church House was opened June 25, 1995 he served there until Christian Brubacher was ordained Deacon Nov. 26, 2013, for the east half of Wroxeter District. Died October 22, 2020, age 66 years.
Amsey M. Bauman
Born Aug. 22, 1949. Ordained as an Old Order Mennonite Deacon for Winterbourne District, Waterloo Region, on Nov. 3, 1987, age 38 years, by Bishop Edward M. Bauman (Candidates: Orvie S. Martin, Urias M. Gingrich, Ion W. Martin, Daniel S. Martin, Aaron M. Martin, Henry M. Martin, Amsey M. Bauman, Amos W. Shantz, Amos M. Knorr, Alvin M. Bauman). Served until 1997. Relocated to Kinloss Twp., Bruce Co., 1994. Reinstated as Deacon into Orthodox Mennonite Church for N-Kinloss district by Bishop John M. Sherk on May 29, 1999, age 49 years. Served until August 7, 2005.
Aaron H. Martin
Born Aug. 31, 1956. Was ordained a Deacon for Cedar Hill Church in Casey Co., Kentucky on Nov. 11, 1980, age 24 years, Bishop Aaron Z Sensenig. (Candidates: Phares G. Shirk, Amos E. Kilmer, Isaac N. Kulp, Noah W. Shirk). Served Old Order Mennonite church in Casey Co. until 1997. Relocated to Trigg Co., KY on April 1, 1999, reinstated as Deacon into Orthodox Mennonite Church by Bishop John M. Sherk on Dec. 11, 1999, age 43 years.
Lloyd Z. Horning
Born June 28, 1964. Ordained Minister in Trigg Co., KY on Feb. 29, 2000, age 36 years, by Bishop John M. Sherk (Candidates: John W. Sherk, Lloyd Z. Horning).
Amos B. Weber
Born Sept. 19, 1960. Ordained Deacon for N-Howick Church on May 23, 2000, age 39 years, by Bishop John M. Sherk (Candidates: Allan B. Weber, Amos B. Weber, Abram P. Doerksen), and served until he moved to Algoma on April 18, 2007, and since had oversight there as Deacon, west 1/2 end since Jesse M. Sherk was ordained and had oversight for east end.
Noah M. Horst
Born December 18, 1960. Ordained Minister for N-Kinloss Orthodox Mennonite Church, on Dec. 12, 2000, age 40 years, by Bishop John M. Sherk (Candidates: Amsey M. Bauman, Noah M. Bauman, Alvin M. Bauman, Alvin M. Weber, Noah M. Horst). Died March 28, 2002, age 41 years.

Born Nov. 21, 1975. Ordained Minister for N-Kinloss Orthodox Mennonite Church on Feb. 19, 2002, age 26 years, by Bishop John M. Sherk (Candidates: Noah M. Bauman, Alvin M. Bauman, Alvin M. Weber, Amos M. Wideman).
