Robert W. Neff

Robert W. Neff (B.S., Penn State University; B.D., M.A., Ph.D., Yale University) is associate for resource development and coordinator of chaplaincy services at The Village at Morrisons Cove in Martinsburg, Pa. He has served as professor of Old Testament Studies at Bethany Theological Seminary and as general secretary of the Church of the Brethren, and he is president emeritus at Juniata College. His published works include Using Biblical Simulations I and II and four Covenant Bible Studies: Voices in the Book of Job; Country Seer, City Prophet: The Unpopular Messages of Micah and Isaiah (with Frank Ramirez); The Five Festal Scrolls; and The Chronicler.
